On Thursday 18th April 2019 “SIXTYFIVE House S.à.r.l” (part of the HB Reavis Group) submitted an application for the demolition of the existing Elizabeth House building and all structures on the site, including the footbridge from Waterloo Station concourse and across York Road, and for the construction of a new building ranging between 12 and 31 storeys (plus basements) to provide 146,170sqm office and 8,900sqm flexible floorspace. TFL – Waterloo Roundabout Drop-In Events
Transport for London are holding a series of drop-in events relating to the Transformation of Waterloo Roundabout project. Please read their letter dated 29th March 2019.

TFL – Resurfacing Westminster Bridge Road
Transport for London are planning to do some resurfacing work on Westminster Bridge Road between 18th and 22nd of March. They will not close the road during the day, and hence the work will be carried out between 21:30 and 05:00 each night. It is likely that this work will cause disturbance to residents of South Block who overlook Westminster Bridge Road and residents of West Block who overlook the Southern end of Belvedere Road.
